This. Children are taught to remember facts, but not to think. For example literature classes consist mostly of remembering which author wrote which book, rather than focusing on reading literature itself. Of course you have compulsory reading, but even that has been largely unchanged since 1989, and is not controlled properly, resulting in students simply downloading summaries of the books instead of reading the books themselves. Then you have such trash populating game servers.

A lot of Russians rage on everybody but the EQUAL amount of others do the same. and fail games the same. you guys just see russians cuz most of them dont know english and you see when its russian. Its like when you see all the time on the watch: "19:19, 15:15, 11:11". You dont think that you are looking on the watch too much and dont see other time. Only that.

What I want to say is there is a lot of normal russians. And a lot of others who is like russians, losing games. Its not about russians...

The problem isn't "Russians", the problem is "kids". For some reason (internet cafes? other gaming culture?) Russian players are more likely to be mid-teenagers. People under the legal age seem like idiots when you're 10 years older than them.
