Exactly, what's to stop Valve from literally putting a person that will lose on purpose on a player's team exactly as much as necessary to bring their win rate to fifty percent? And if a player is going under 50 percent too far, there is a simple solution, to put the person that will lose on purpose on the other team as much as necessary.

How can we stop Valve from doing that?

You can report as long as you want and where ever you want, including this forum or to Valve. No one cares in Dota 2 about what happens in game. Just report in-game (so you have a little fake satisfaction) and move on.

The one who ruined the game won't be punished, or will get a fake punishment as your fake in-game report satisfaction, and all of this because as I said, it's a public game free for all and no one cares what happens in it. As long as the overall goals are achieved by Valve all is good.

I believe you missed my point. If we fail to provide the details to Valve of which players are causing losses intentionally, they might be ill-equipped to provide a means for their 50 percent win rate enforcement to continue unabated. In other words, it's in everyone's best interests to stop reporting completely.
