How to report some one after game is ended

There are some cases where someone intentionally feeds a disconnected player or feeds courrier or drops items etc. Its no why we can find it untill we see a replay. Its unfair to report just based on assumption/guess. Especially when we have very few reports available, so we need to watch the replay to make a conclusion. But there is nothing we can do after a game is over. Just want to know if there is a place here to report bad behavior? This should be allowed by the in game players only

I played a game where some one dropped power threads in the river and opponents destroyed it. Its full 1500 farm of our hard carry. We can't know who did it in game so we have to watch the replay in players perspective to findout the bastard. But there is no way we can report. No need to tell what happened after that inciding, lot of team fight, blames etc etc., it was really irritating.

Next game similar thing happened again.

It is hard but you can report them after match:
- Make an alternate account
- Add him to your friend list (pretend to be a cool guy, a pro, a girl or whatever he wants)
- Play with him in a party
- Report him

OR

You can report his steam profile if you think that his behavior was so malicious that he should be punished. Don't forget to attach Match ID, Match time and detailed explanation what went wrong in the match.

Good idea, so I just create 20 accounts and send in 20 reports on you!

You should be able to report within 24 hours as long as you've played with them. I just had an issue where someone was destroying items and blaming me and we probably both would have been reported had he not admitted it at the end of the game, simply because there's no way to tell without checking the replay.

I agree that there needs to be a way to report people from the main menu after a game within a reasonable time table. I played a game today where somebody dropped my Forcestaff from the courier into a bunch of trees to hide it and then right clicked the courier back to me so that it would "deliver" nothing. I wasn't able to report this guy because even though I had a pretty good guess I didn't want to wrongfully report a player unless I knew for sure. Now that I have seen the replay and know who it was (and yea, I was right) I can't report him.

In another game, I was actually writing my report after the conclusion of the game and the match timed out without allowing me to complete my report.

There seem to be too many situations where players trying to do their due diligence and be fair in reporting are taking the consequences while abusive players get away without repercussion. A game is only as good as it's community. I would really like to see this resolved moving forward.
