How about no random match making ?
And someone make a room and everyone join ?
You pick US server, then find the room and join.
*With party : invites everyone then join the room with the dire or radiant that have slots suit the people in the party.

Cuz people keep whining about noobs in their team every fucking match. The match making is a slot machine already.

You can go back to wc3 dota if you really want that system back, and isn't necesarily better than this matchmaking, you can call it a roulette all you like but it uses real numbers to select players.
    Spoiler:
    I guard the rear.

Mhm, and how will you decide if the players you invite are "noobs" or not? Flip that coin again, please.

I did not misunderstand. You just stated that the system is bad because you're matched with noobs. If you invite people from a lobby or whatever similar yourself, how will you know that those people aren't bad? And inviting FRIENDS? You can do the exact same thing right now, no one is forcing anyone to play solo.

So you want to play with your friends in a party. How does the current system stop you from doing this?
