  • fraud credit card ban

    hi guys i have been accused by steam of cc fraudulently. w/c i think is a mistake.
    as i cant learn / ask them what directly happend. i assumed that it was on my last purchase and unexpectedly the bank put a hold on the credit card due to massive buying of facebook credits for security reason w/c i think affected my steam purchase. but was also re-opened and still PAID steam. with matching receipt and evidence of it getting paid attach to my ticket still steam ignores me. and now unknown fraudulently credit card use is accused to me.
    im seeking for some advice to people who is not new to this problem on what to do. thanks =(

    Atm there is a high ticket volume so it will take Steam 4-5 months more to answer compared to their usual 1-2 months response that only consists of 2 sentence that doesn't solve the customer's issues nor help in any way.

      yes i did have a reply w/c is unreliable and kinda ignores me. w/c is i have a proof that its still paid. twas a unintentional mistake or you can call it an honest mistake w/c i and or steam didnt want.

        PS: i have my receipt dated way back before i was banned. stating that i Have no Malicious intent to do such thing to fraud steam. w/c i dont understand why steam ignores my petition w/ i all have the way to prove my innocence

          There's nothing we can do here for you. You have to contact steam support and if they're unwilling to help you there's nothing you can do. I'm quite certain that this is not the only thing that happened as stuff like that happens quite often, although I can't guarantee it, I'm not the support. The last CC fraud tickets I saw were actually quite accurate in telling what was wrong.
          If you think I've closed or deleted a post unjustified, feel free to PM me and I'll explain it to you/discuss it with you further.

                    Bro steam support will help you.It might take some days before they respond you but they eventually will respond and help you.My ticket wich was about a scam for keys/items/game trade was resolved as soon as i spoke to them but it took like 4 days to respond.Maybe yours will take less than that since its a bank/credit card/money thing

                      they already replied but it was like a bot. they just reply with the same 1st message they gave me =) its my 4th ticket now still same answer. anyways thanks =)
