We'd have had a much easier time understanding this if you had written it in your mother language and then somebody translated it for us, but sorry, this doesn't make sense

Part of the Steam Subscriber Agreement is that you are responsible for your account, hence if it gets stolen/hijacked/scammed/hacked/lost then it is your own fault and steam will not compensate you for your losses. Only in cases of glitching/bug abuse on the trade platform do they reverse it.

You might be able to get your steam wallet funds back but that is a maybe. Try going here:
        https://support.steampowered.com/

And contact Steam directly about the issue as this site cannot help in the sense of restoring your account.

With this language, not sure if this is real thanks or just being sarcastic.
Either way just for curiosity; which way did you get hijacked? Phishing links?

He is sincerely thanking steam, because he got everything back, including his wallet. He was not expecting that, so he is happy I guess.

Protect your account better and always use different passwords for different accounts to avoid a chain reaction.

I really wonder how did you get hijacked...Since steam wont recover unless occasion is steam's fault.
