Don't worry, Valve allows intentionally these abuses, it's not a secret to no one. You see, more noob players like you that think they are clever "abusing" and getting high mmr means more $$$. The only downside is that games suck.

No one knows how the mmr works even valve doenst know that. i lose 4 from 10 games and i get 4780 mmr after my last calibration game...
i got +36 points in one of my calibrations games playing broodmother the game end realy fast , and i end like 2/1 or 4/1 something like that it was like a 20 /23 mins game and gives 36 points? wtf
    Then after losing a 40 mins game i lose -18 ... ???
It's a secret shh.. Valve doesn't know that you can play co-op bot and get into ranked games with inflated mmr. I mean, it's not like they made it this way.

Also the mmr points you get after a game is very very simple. You win you get +mmr, you lose you get -mmr, it has nothing to do with time or score, also as I explained calibration matches are not that important. The amount you get/lose depends on the other team mmr score, (specifically the difference of mmr in regards to your team) which is a combination of their individual mmr's. It's not rocket science.
