So, as the title already states, I found a site that offers "Dota 2 Rating" - apparently - according to them, they have "real professional dota 2 players" playing the accounts to achieve that rating.
[link removed by mod] <- this is the site, I highly recommend valve to ban everyone who participated in that, since it breaks steamrules, by doing accountsharing.
I also contacted their livechat, just to try to get some info about the players who will actually play the customer's accounts - and this is the answer I received:
BoostingPro
Hi, how can I help You?

You
hello, who are the "top players" you're using to boost peoples rating in dota 2?
12:29
BoostingPro
professional players, that are members of real dota2 pro teams

I kept asking from different IPs and I got around the same answers everytime. Seems highly fishy and I really hope you guys will start banning such "boosting" services as soon as possible.
I don't want scrubs on my page 1 games, plox.
EDIT: all credit for finding goes to the poster of this reddit thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/commen...sting_hackers/
