  • 7389 solo rating using sandboxie

Hello, guys, today u must have noticed, that we have a new leader with 7389 ranked points, relying on this website statistics http://dota2toplist.com/solo
As u can see from its dotabuff, ALTAODA is a smurf-acc http://dotabuff.com/players/166663311
calibration games are not shown there, but his friend Flow http://dotabuff.com/players/151967274 didnt close dotabuff and you can check all 10 calibration games replays and notice they are in same team all the time against same guys МишаМаваши and S A D B O Y S which are definatelly their smurf feed accounts, that they ran using sandboxie (a program, that generally allows you to run multiple steam and dota 2 clients).
I hope, u will read this post and take measures to ban their ip's or mac, because will they keep on making those smurf very high rated accounts using unfair and illegal methods and sell them, unless you do something.

How does this affect YOU? Plus, it's been reported before, Valve doesn't care.

those guys (or guys that will buy their accounts) will ruin games in my skill bracket, because they dont deserve such high rating, that they got using illegal methods.

valve does care but for the better this topic is banned since its hard to verify every in game report.

Also this trick seems to not work anymore since bot matches dont give xp for lvl (might be a bug but not sure)

They should make that only normal games (not bots, not TMM) should give account XP and then permanently ban every account found to have used the exploit.

Read my post players cheating in ranked mm. I caught a couple cheaters using this tactic in solo que and have images to prove it. Please help to better the dota community by exposing these cheaters. They should not be allowed to play this game.

Obscure language preferences (Portuguese on SEA server, RIP lily), declining match if the "YOUR GAME IS READY" popup doesn't occur simultaneously. Valve is working to stop abuse of the latter, with the 35+min MM ban if you decline more than once.

This basically came up from the reddit thread today accusing several players of botting and/or juking the calibration system using tinker (mostly) to sell accounts.

For example, this "pillar of the community" was named, and came to the thread claiming that what what he was doing, boosting accounts and selling accounts, was not cheating, abusing, or against the rules:

Steam profile for crlxzzz - http://steamcommunity.com/id/crlxzzz

                            Reddit posts admitting to boosting:

                            http://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/commen...counts/cg2xn70

Posts on EliteNPC (an account trading forum apparently) linked in the original Reddit thread, where he is selling accounts and selling boosting:

                            http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/59691...t-MMR-BOOSTING

His top list ranking (11 currently)

So, I know you are only a mod on this site, but my questions are:
1- Is what this player doing a bannable offense? If so what level of Ban would be used?
2- Should we be reporting this and if so where? Under his profile as "impersonating other user?"
3- I guess I may as well ask... what if anything is valve doing to address this?

Because sure as hell it doesn't look like they care at all.
