      Hello Orochimauro,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

In order to investigate this issue, we must verify your ownership of the software and associated Steam Account(s).

If you purchased software through Steam with a credit card, please reply to this message with the card type (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), full name, and last four digits of the card used with the order(s).

If you purchased software through Steam through PayPal, please provide the PayPal account holder billing information (name and address) and the PayPal Invoice ID. The Invoice ID will be 16-18 digits long and comprised of only numbers. It may be listed as the Order Description Number.

If you registered software purchased at a retail location, please handwrite your Support Ticket Number 3647-ETHL-2538 directly on the quick reference card or sticker above the CD Key (the number should not be written on a separate piece of paper or inserted with an image editor) and reply with a digital photo or scan of the CD Key in .jpg format. Please ensure that you submit a full-color image, rather than a photocopy.

If you have any difficulty locating the CD Key on the packaging, please see the following link:
      URL: http://support.steampowered.com/kb_a...7480-WUSF-3601

      Example scans:
      http://support.steampowered.com/imag...366/cdkey1.jpg

After verifying your proof of ownership we will gladly assist you with this issue.

This question is closed, to reply you need to reopen the question.

this is there massage. and its so confusing. can you help me?

        They are asking for the

CD keys for the games you bought
        or
If you used your credit card to buy anything then to state the your Name, and last 4 numbers of your credit card.
        or
IF you used paypal then to provide name and address and Invoice ID

Basically, if your account only holds F2P games and you didn't purchase any in-game stuff then you ARE lost and your account is gone (according to the scum support)
I like to do stupid stuff even when i know it's stupid.

How does it happened?, even if someone can steal your steam userid and password, they still can't bypass Steam Guard to login from different computer. I am failing to understand how those hackers get you guys... Did you also give your email account details? or did you dowloaded any .exe from the wrong url?

They login in a steam site. It says you have to verify via Steam Guard (even though their PC is verified). They check their e-mail, put the code in and verify. Little did they know it was a fake steam site and they verified the hacker's PC.
