Why is queuing for a language you don't speak not a bannable offense?

    Why is queuing for a language you don't speak not a ban-able offense? I don't care what nationality you are, if you don't speak the host language of the server on which you are playing you are an issue. I don't queue on Russian servers or SEA servers because I don't speak their languages.

    Thoughts?

    You are on holiday in lets say China. You feel like u want to play Dota but hey playing on Eu West isnt possible due to the highping, so what do you do? Que for some chinese/sea server.

      That and you don't like 400+ Ping.

      I have never understood these people who do this. In the US, it's mostly South Americans. We used to have a ton of Russians, but now mostly just Peruvians.
