    As should be evident by now, Russian dota-players exhibit consistent rude and griefing behaviour.
    It is of course understandable that you want to treat all nationalities equally. And therefore you cannot take special action against the Russians, which would be interpreted as discriminating.

    However, at this special moment in time, we as people living in the free world, find ourselves in a special situation where the Russian government is encroaching on our territory in Europe. What's more important to us in the dota-community; several nations of the free world have openly shunned the Russians and extended sanctions against Russia. This leaves me to ask you, the team at Valve, to adopt the same disposition and block Russian IP addresses from connecting to Europe servers. Do it for the cause of preserving freedom and serving justice to an oppressive government.
