    MMR calibrating

    okay. my ass burns like lina, sun and volcano. i registered here for some help...
    i have 3500 pts, in good times i had 3800. but recently i have just useless teammates.
    so can anybody tell how i can up my MMR when in EVERY game i have ****ing retarded, noob, low skilled players? i have bh with crystalys http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1167884530, void who cant even use his skills and just dont want to use chrono http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1167936030. i have solo hardlane gyro against triple lane http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/1166974920 ; and just blind teammates, they cant even look at minimap. i have idiots in EVERY game. doto is team game as i heard. so i CANT win games solo. somebody always ruin my game and its very hard to win (read: impossible).
    i go mid and in 90% i kill enemy mid hero and sometimes its fb. i have good farm, i gang when i can and my gangs are successful.
    BUT GAMERUINERS ARE EVERYWHERE.

    i do BELIEVE that 3500 isnt my true rating, i have to have much more rating, like 4500 or something. i sweat in every game and i do on my best.

    CAN VOLVO RESERT MY RATING AND LET ME CALIBRATE THIS SHIT AGAIN, PLEASE?
