Well, who would have thought that the abuser pool is being abused?
People are abusing the shadowpool to play against bots or against bad players who abused to gain mmr so they can get nice vicory streaks or items (charms). People are literally stacking with 1 shadowbanned guy to farm their wins. I do sometimes have normal queue times (5-8 mins to find a match) which is pretty frigtening since it implies that a lot of people are abusing the shadowpool to get free items of those charms or want to stack up the victory streaks.
Here are some matchids(excluding matches against bots):

People even abuse the year beast mode with the shadow pool to get free items against bots. Basicially we got massive item farming going on here.
I would suggest, instead of putting people into shadowpools and wasting perfomance (servers), also giving abusing people even more tools to work with, namely the shadowpool, how about you simply ban them like you do with external tools:
It is simple, doesn't take perfomance, and most importantly, i would then finally know how long i am banned ~.~

Just lawl, as you can see, those people are not shadowbanned, they simply stack with 1 shadowbanned account (probably on purpose shadowbanned for 2 days)

Inbe4 claiming that i'm abusing this for items and such, no I'm not. I actually don't have a choice, if i had the choice between being 'shadowpooled' or playing normal games i'd choose being in normal game bracket and losing rather than winning every game and getting items.
