  • MMR Prevented for 24 hours!

I have been playing Dota 2 for almost two years now and after new patches my pc tends to don't load into the game and i have to re-find a match (this doesn't happens with every patch) and now i could'nt load into four (and they wasnt loaded in a row i played some matches between failures) games and i got prevented for 24 hours, that's not friggin fair. That's more that a simple report my abandon rate is very low and i have never abandon a match on my own will, my country have the lamest internet ever and one of the worst electric systems can anyone do something about this ?

PD: If this post doesn't belongs here please move it, thanks a lot.

Punishments are never removed, even if you're not intentionally dodging them. You'll have to wait until the timer runs out.
If you think I've closed or deleted a post unjustified, feel free to PM me and I'll explain it to you/discuss it with you further.

It's scenarios like OP's that i really can't stress more about when i say 'there needs to be a separate LPQ for people who lose connection/abandon.' Those types of people aren't flamers/feeders/griefers. Most they're just unfortunate and need a better connection. People who abandon are just soft souls that don't want to rage, they simply want to start afresh. So i say again - put disconnectors/abandoners in 1 LPQ and flamers/griefers/feeders in a different LPQ. Otherwise reasons for reporting people are meaningless coz u could just press any of the 3 report buttons available and different types of offenders land in the same place. Griefers/Feeders/Flamers need to work out their differences and that can be achieved. People with extremely bad internet connections simply prevent the others from rehabilitating.
