That should solve ALOT of the problems with people playing on the wrong servers. Make is so if your ping to a server is over, say 200, then you cannot queue for that server. Solves the foreigner spam/no communication/super lag/love to feed problem and I don't see how it could cause problems. Thoughts or reasons why that's not already a thing other than Valve clearly not caring about dota or the community. (Which hurts since dota is a community driven game that was a mod in a different game that only existed because of the community.....)

It kinda exists. If you have over 140 ping, you get a notification warning you that you will have bad ping before queueing.
Although blocking people would cause trouble in SEA regions, since they don't have an alternative.

Valve wastes money making servers for people. I here/read the "mexicans" (w/e they actually are, it's all mexican to Americans) say that it's a good game, they only have 300 ping. They should stop building servers for SA then, build some for SEA, then FORCE server lock by ping. Saying "hey you are gonna ruin this match for you team" clearly does not work, since all i ever get is no english "mexicans" who can barely click a mouse, but skill is not even an issue. When they lag, they lag the servers, hard. I go from a 30 constant ping, to over 150+ when the "mexicans" with their 300+ ping roll in.
