Yes, it is hard to recognise. You can't just normalise such statistics and expect the algorithm to pick them up in every and all cases. Supposedly someone starts feeding after the fifteen minute mark? Or if they become wise of the 1 dpm limits and time their deaths?
    A. I'd happily have an innocent person get punished (for which they could easily get an appeal and prove they were innocent) then the current system for massive amounts of innocent people are getting punished
    B. If they started trying to feed under the limit to get caught by an automated system, then they WOULD BE FEEDING LESS meaning you'd have a higher chance of winning, meaning it is working.....

    What like he said.
And don't bother posting stuff that devs never read.

    Desperate time needs desperate measures!
I think right now because of easy punishment system, the old players with good conduct are getting to much damage!

I'm studying software engineering masters, an algorithm can be made by going throw feed reported statistics and get to a standard, and you can be 90% sure who meet this standards are intentional feeders.

CS:GO has that system. It's only a question of how they implement it. Some few users with 0-2 reports and 0 abandons could be chosen (we are already getting conduct summary). Why not use it to choose "overwatchers"?

The criteria could eventually be positive winrate and good conduct summary.

Well maybe CS:GO has more competent developers, and anyway while i do agree some form of measure should be taken against shit like this,i don't think a perma ban will ever be an option.

Reports are not and never will be checked manually. I perfectly get what the status quo is, I merely don't get what you're suggesting because it's wildly inefficient.

I don't say that it's easy, but It can be done, you just have to design an algorithm to run on intentional feed reported players or place some vote for kick scenario like CSGO, half+1 vote is needed for kicking a player, you can win 4 v 5 if you can kick the intentional feeder.

if you have bad lane or poor support or what ever... do you die over 40 times in 33 minute ???
    The algorithm is simple...
for example die 2,3 times less than every 1 min it's a feed for certain...
the issue is the dota team, they can handle this ( like a lot of game handle this ) but they don't care about it or don't spend their time on this...
    hope it's clear...
    Thanks...
