    Fraudulent Activity

    Fraudulent Activity steam community/support please hear me out.

    I'm shock because this fraudulent activity came up in my account. Me and my friends are drinking liquor last July 16 2016. Next day I see the fraudulent activity, then i ask my friends if they do something stupid in my account. They said that they change my credit card number to 5-10 times invalid credit cards like searching in "GOOGLE" pictures. Then i contact steam support and they said that "this account will not be reactivated". I didn't know why they locked my account. All my purchase history and my Transaction history are valid they can see if they want. I have only one credit card that i use in my account. Please hear me out. Please. Help me. I didn't what to do. I feel sorry for my friends. Please help me.

      We cant help you out here. This forum is only for Dota 2 not Steam account issues. Your only chance is contacting Steam Support.

        The fact that they not only tried to change the credit card number on your account but also tried to add steam funds to your wallet multiple times just screams to them of fraudulent activity. I highly doubt steam are going to believe your story and as they've already told you the account will not be reactivated I think you are just going to have to take this one on the chin... maybe get your friends to pay you back for the value of that steam account for such a stupid "game"
