Since there's no hope we will ever see the light at the end of the tunnel, are there any tips anyone has for dealing with these 0/10 feeders with <100 hours played? Really love how I'm paired with at least one in every game I've played in the last 3 months.

Show us your dotabuff, or all your claims about "It's everone else's fault but mine" are invalid.

Too bad you can't use that as an excuse because half the players involved are 'Anonymous' on the dotabuff page and can't be investigated. Shame that you can't actually hold people accountable.

Anyway, I know exactly what you are talking about. I am meeting trash in every 4th-6th game I play. Sometimes we are lucky to outplay them because of the pick synergy/pick advantage.
But sometimes we just need a bit of effort on someone's side, and that "someone" turns out to be some dotabuff-anonymous piece of garbage or boosted account.

        Valve does indeed need to:
        1. Stop account sellers,
        2. Improve the punishment system, to punish intentional ruiners very hard,
        3. Log the Team Chat on replays (for dotabuff statistics),
        4. And as much as possible, add manual reviews of the games. I know that in toxic community, people might be flagging others as "disruptive" for "revenge", but adding something against abuse of disputes would be very balancing. For example, if you dispute a game for a review, where you actually did ruin it for others, you get double punishment or something like that (three times, then you will be unable to dispute for 6 months).

I don't think people want new heroes.
I don't think people want new skins.
I don't think people want new loading screens.
I don't think people want new hats.

Cosmetics and meta changes are good in order to keep the game interesting. But a good punishment system is a must in team games, where one person can ruin up to an hour of other 4 teammates' time.

        So I agree.

Valve should stop account sellers, ruiners, and toxic garbage.

I'd much rather they just give us our reports back instead 1 per month. I'd rather take a system bloated with punishments than precision strike trolling.

With good system, there will be no "trolling". Also, this isn't "trolling" (people misunderstand the word, and call retard behavior "trolling", when in fact it's just some spoiled kids or human trash acting like they are used to).

Amen. But a bloated system would be better by leaps and bounds if we could manage it.

Dota is full of people, who use the game to let out frustrations and anger, who don't have much else in life to do, then play Dota (unemployment, too bad for a job, etc), and teens, who suffer teen maximalism (and thus, we get bad matches with assholes who think Dota is THEIR personal game).

There is more to it, but TL;DR: human waste should not have any kind of power in this game.

IMO, Dota 2 must restrict the players to play with bots for at least 500 hours in order to join other types of competitive games.
