    HELP :( - Low Priority after 8 games - 5won 3lost - for 0 reason :(

    Hello...

    I am back at low priority for 0 reason :/ I guess I have been reported for 'fun'.

    I have played with/vs feeders, screaming/cursing russian speakers, I was one of the calmest persons in all those games.....

    I wonder for what I have been 'reported for' ... I have not reported single person from my team... I guess screwing someone up seems to be theme this days?...

    I have played chilled out, muting aggresive people and keeping emotions to myself.. Why am i in LP?? :/ I have played alchemist a lot and apperently people nowadays report for 'he made me lose game'...

    Can i please get out of LP? I hate it... and the whole system is flawed... I was barely using chat and no voice chat + playing my best... I might be taking another big break (1m+ before 7.00) if I don't get un-LP :/ it is SO frustrating :/

      Does it matter? I value my privacy, and people in some games can be very toxic/hateful..

        It does. Flamers, feeders, boosted accounts and other kinds of cancer tend to hide their stats. Noone has anything to hide in Dota, except their boosts, chat logs, and terrible winrate.

          Well, I was hoping that Valve employee would investigate this case and simply acknowledge that formula for calculating LP can be improved upon..

          I remember that very long time ago I was writing on this forum how bad it was to have formula, that each week: if(reports >= 3){lp = true}, it punished people who played a lot.
          Then the formula changed, but now i feel like another huge improvment needs to be made. In recent months I have seen huge spike of toxic people (sorry for generalization, but most of them are russian speakers, who refuse to speak english on EU West with only english selected).

          This is why i have taken break from Dota2 for 1month+..

          How to improve Dota 2 experience:

          1. Fix report system
          Solution:
          It should not be possible to report someone for FEEDING, while she/he has played excellent game, did not feed, have decent statistics vs average.
          It should not be possible to report someone for COMMUNICATION ABUSE, while she/he has didn't write anything on chat and talked on voice chat. (I don't know - maybe this already works this way?)
          Strength of reports should be implemented (maybe it already is?)
          Number of games played requires bigger ammount of reports - maybe the number needs to be tweaked - sample size too small?
          Getting out of LP should not give as big penalty as it currently has? - maybe this is the problem?

          It is good to have report system based on community, but when community itself is getting worse and worse - this system simply does not work without some rules...

          In my above 8 games, some person wrote at the beginning of the game: "I report you for picking alch"..... really?

          2. Fix matchmaking
          I have played sooo many games on Eu West + english only, when my whole team speak russian...
          Solution:
          - Seperate search queue for each language - I don't know if this already works this way(?)
          - Build system which detects chat/voice chat language used (it does not have to be perfect and give true only with huge probablity, to keep to miniumum false positive errors) and force user to play some amount of games with another language selected.
          - Use value of pings to servers during searching for players - the average value of pings should be similar+/- ? The problem: people abroad would have hard time playing. Solution: After long waiting time - this rule does not apply.

            Also....

            There have been a change, that you can report only at the end of game... I though it was a good change, but now I realise that it has some NEGATIVE repercussions...

            Why?

            Now when someone flames & is asshole -> you have to remember to report him after the game - and then the emotions usually calm down - who knows? maybe you even won and you are not that salty anymore.

            So who do people report now at the end of the game? Anwser: People who played badly, you didn't liked the fact that he split-pushed you etc.
            Overall I think that less people are getting reported for rage outburst, and more people are getting reported for their picks(i report anyone who picks X hero)/playstyle(he wasn't in this teamfight, he played badly, he splitpushed), etc.
