    Yes, I said the word "retard" and its the perfect definition for a player who is tilted, drunk, sleepy and annoying toxic scrub players who does all of those in 1 match and to every match like a complete imbecile and waste my time and effort on winning and they just break my 5 in a row.

    IDC about the cowards, noobs and weak heroes which are players who can't catch up BUT I care about the nasty mother freaking git gud tuff scrubs they should be erased from existence but what will a world be without them. A BETTER PLACE.

    Punish them more harshly please throwing game example Anti-Mage kill stealing but fails to kill steals and dies ignorantly.

    haha, dude, my 19 win in a row was broken by, needless to say, a dumb russian.
    I marked my mid and he started cursing then insta randomed. He didn't like the hero and said he's gonna feed.
    Then i told him i'm gonna pick for him whatever he wants and give him mid, just so he can play.
    He agreed, picked him his hero, we swapped and i went offlane. He then goes 0-7 by min 10 while i was 3-1 against a dual lane. Then started flaming me, because he had to random because of me and somehow that ruined his game.
    They were 3 people and i suppose they all reported me since they were talking something about me in russian.
    Anyway, 99,999999999% of the russians in my more than 5000 games are complete idiots and they are ruining on purpose, without any drive to win. They just want to have their farm with zero impact by the end of the game.

      Russians are sociopaths also kinda self centered open minded scrubs but not retarded tilted scrubs. Meaning they know if they feed they will make the enemy team happy which they don't want it to happen or just let them win because his/her team are asshole also if they're new then just let them be and talk to them UNLIKE other regions when you talk to them they say rude word which is a complete idiopathic sociopath who has feminism and cancer. (Pinoys and Indos)

      but in other regions like SE Asia and EU. That's the problem. THEY ARE BUYERS which valve puts them in high priority (the noob buyers) for them to spend more $ which makes the game more difficult to win because VALVE won't give us unlimited reports and admins who volunteers or a job to patrol players who got reported by someone.

      I rather play Low Priority than play with those types of players. Bunch of assholes while me being positive about everything NO NO NO they're ruining my dota 2 life and needs death penalty.

        Told you before, role picking before matchmaking starts is very important. Useless to call them retards if you don't let the system to control a good game for you!

          I have a small suggestion against retards, so player can be put in low priority queue or just considered reported at the end of game, if:
          1. Casts a spell, definitely resulting in ally death, WITH NO chances to escape, i. e.:
          - Let's there is an ally hero, received any damage while lower than 25% HP, or any damage while above 50% HP, resulting in 25% loss or more HP, or any damage while above 75% HP, resulting in 50% HP loss or more, and moving after damage towards their base (left bottom for Radiant, top right for Dire). Let's name these ally heroes as attecked and escaping ally hero. The definitely resulting in ally death would be considered these spells, that prevent attacked and escaping ally hero from escaping. Particulat abilities are neither disjointable, nor disableable, such as Tiny's Toss. If the ally hero was attacked and trying to escape, Toss can be considered as ally kill attempt if there were nore than two enemy heroes in vision nearby. "Nearby" is unknown radius right now, but it is countable. "Vision" is also unknown tactical data right now, since invisible heroes missing can be also treated as potential knowledge of invisible enemy nearby, but this is also countable.
          Same concerns the Force staff and other position manipulating abilities, such as Dark Seer's Vacuum.
          2. Casts a spell, definitely resulting in ally death, WITH chances to escape, i. e.:
          - Tethered an ally hero and then Relocated within enemy fountain attack radius, and so forth.
          3. Places useless wards, i. e. wards within allied towers attack range, while these towers are not destroyed; wards within 400 range of allied fountain.
          4. Places definitely destroyed in soon future wards, i. e. wards within enemy towers attack range, while these towers are not destroyed, observer wards in locations where there is enemy truesight vision, i. e. observed wards, destroyed after placing a sentry ward, within 4 minutes.
          5. Posts in public chat tactical data, e. g. any string with substring "rosh" and it's synonims in at least 5 languages, while two or more allied heroes are within 1500 range near roshpit; any string with substring "smo", "smk" and it's synonims in at least 5 languages, while two or more allied heroes are affected by Smoke of deceit, and so forth.
          6. Casts a spell, reducing allied hero magical damage resistance (MDR), if the hero was attacked and escapes (see criteria above), and there are enemy hero nearby with strong magical damage spell, e. g. this sort of punishment can be applied to Pugna casted Decrecipiy on ally hero, if an ally hero is chased by Lina, Windranger with no cooldown or less than 2 seconds cooldown on Powershot, etc.

          And so forth, etc.

          These criteria is described poor (yeah, I'm a russian player) and right now have too smooth definitions, but these conditions CAN be implemented in DotA within observable time. The ruiners actions are typical, and there is a way to automatically determine these. And punish for any.
          Take the L out of lover - and it's over, baby...
