  • Every player has right to abandon if team with bad teammate

Since Dota 2 was launched, in all pick matchmaking, there is no vote system where the game can be ended.
Valve or Dota 2 team prepare the report system for the players to report any bad behaving player.
The records are there. So many records...
But why the players cannot avoid a bad player who has been previously reported in a match by themselves?

I mean, in all pick matchmaking, if there is a sign or symbol can be given to any bad behaving player, then all players in that team shall be given the right to abandon the game already (before hero picking time finish).
PLUS, that abandon shall never be counted into the conduct summary!

I would like to question Valve or Dota 2 team, why players are given a chance to abandon per week? A chance to abandon per week is not enough because the community of Dota 2 is becoming worse now.
The countermeasure that developer should take is, allowing the players who want good teammates to make their choices to stay or to leave the game by abandoning if they see any teammate has the sign/symbol stating that "he has been reported in previous match" on his profile picture.

If I am a player who see my teammate is reported for his previous match, then I will just abandon. Problem is, the chance to abandon without penalty is too limited.

To me, the countermeasure took by developer such as 6 months ban from ranked matchmaking if accumulated too many bad reports is not strict enough, still weak.
