  • Is it possible to get rid of Ban Imminent message?

Does anybody know, is this message will disappear? I have green smile and normal behavior but keep getting toxic players every match, and search time takes 10-20 mins

You can try contacting Steam Support, but i think it's automated msg that happens when you get in to LPQ more than "X" times or reach certain numbers of reports within "X" time. Im not even sure if improving your conduct will have any effect on removing previous reports impact. For example, it might still be possible that you can get reported for having bad game and then get 6 month ban, because your total report count reached "X".
