  • The case FOR Battlepass Abuse

Less game ruiners in dota 2 and less toxicity. How would you feel if a someone picked invoker for the first time in ranked and ruined your game?

"Do it in turbo" - says the people, well MOST people just don't care. People also get mad when they lose their tokens.

If valve was smart instead they would just give points for winning or playing the game with no extra unreasonable conditions. But chances of this are low cause not enough people are complaining about it instead they complain about these abusers, all abusers do is respond to an incentive that valve has bestowed upon them.

Stop banning charm abusers game is dying fast enough already, I sooner believe that league of legends will reach 30mil than for the dota 2 prize pool to reach 30mil. The prize pool incremental increase has been getting smaller and smaller each year charm abusers make up a decent portion of the prize pool. Banning them will not increase the prize pool in fact it will only lower it by making it more likely they will not purchase more levels or buy it next year.

Those people that go like "they are cheaters", "its unfair", "exploiters" etc... have no idea what they are talking about. JEALOUSY should not be a reason to get people banned, they are not excluded from this activity that valve themselves has given us the tools to participate in bp abuse. There are really simple solutions to fix bp abusers, but in the end its always the "justice", greedy and benevolent decisions like banning the unfair, bp abuser, why they give me no money bans that always make the situation worse and not better.

Decisions should if applicable be made from an ECONOMIC perspective that will yield the best outcome its very EZ. First remove charms, tokens, hero challenges and any sort of Specific win conditions.

Challenges should be: win x game in ranked this week, win x games as party this week, this valve insist on hero/challenge specific win x games as y in turbo or normal(no ranked) and make it so that 3 losses = 1 win to limit game ruiners, loyalty rewards for spending money on dota 2(this will for sure increase prize pool)

Have you read your own rules? Incompetence even on the forums. It's amazing.
