Developers should think of the idea of voting one guy by both teams (or maybe only by the losing team) that will be suspended from losing MMR points (or giving less than the others MMR points for losing the match) that had performed the best in the team. By the end of the match even the game itself has statistics and by the statistics itself can tell which one should be picked or be marked with some effect over the player's tab that he has the best score and should be less penalized for losing the match, in that way everyone would try to play better even if they are loosing cause they will hope that will lose fewer MMR points. Nowadays, when the players are seeing that the match is kinda going towards to a loss, then they give up (mentally) before it even ended (maybe in the half of the game). OR MAYBE THE GAME ITSELF SHOULD JUST PENALIZE LESS THE PLAYER WITH THE BEST SCORE IN THE LOSING TEAM. And this should be only able in "strictly playing solo mode" to prevent abusing it.
