    new possible support charactor

    so i have been working on designs/specs of a new support hero.... i have been getting a ton of positive feed back from everyone i have talked to about it. however it seem nearly impossible to get in touch with a dev team member to go over the plans... and the workshop seems to only allow you to create items or gear... if a dev member could get in touch with me on the subject via this posting or through my email id be much appreciated.... weather or not the idea is good or bad in the eyes of the dev id be much happier to at least get it looked at i have everything written down on the hero, from starting stats to abilities if you feel its something you want to add in a later patch that would be awsome.

    Well, let me simply put it. You can't design a hero here. IceFrog + Valve does that.

    Also, if you wanna put a hero idea, wrong subforum. Come to Misc.

                Denied. Go to playdota. That is the support you want to seek, that is the community who stirs Dota and above all them sits IceFrog. So definitely not here.

                  Actually there were instances of fanmade heroes making it. Kunkka is one, mostly, so is Wisp, both Puck and Jakiro were completely fan-made as well.

                  But dear golly me, not like this.
                  Heroes this user should seriously reconsider ever picking again.

                          Please post your hero ideas either in the Play Dota Hero Suggestions section, or in Misc. The notion of 'I don't want anyone but the developer to see my hero idea' will actively hurt your chances of your design being seen by any developer since they get so many public ideas already. It also removes peer review, which is a pretty important factor in proper balancing.

                          Also a note before you start PM'ing me with your idea: I'm not a Valve employee, and I know next to nothing about balancing.
