After a very long time a thinking...we've decided to delay Legion Commander (there is a known bug -- #685) and release Pit Lord. Also we would like to announce that the hero "Goblin Techies" will not be ported to Dota 2. Though our *Kappa reasoning is not apparent now, we hope you all understand in this time of despair. Sorry all of the Techies fans!
In addition, Oracles materials have been updated and there are now particles for his abilities.

Most of the unreleased heroes are boring as hell. A couple are cool and different like oracle and pit lord, but Techies is probably the funnest hero in dota. Do you guys hate fun?
