Do NDAs usually say I am not allowed to say I'm under NDA?

Try googling about warrant canary.
Basically it'd allow to make it clear you're under NDA while not breaking the agreement.

Apple did that with the Patriot's act some time ago, warning users that the fbi or w/e shit government structure is checking user personal data while not breaking the law (the Patriot's act prohibits warning users that they're being monitored)

EDIT: His profile is missing, but wasn't a shadowban something different? Just posts being hidden while the account worked fine otherwise?

If you get shadow banned your past posts are visible but your new posts aren't. You can still post but noone will see them. Moderators of the subreddits can still view your post and approve them for other people to see. Your profile becomes inaccessible for others.

I tried. It came with too many parts. Then I opened the PC case and it's full of screws and weird things and I am afraid to burn or scratch my CPU/Motherboard. I am too scared to ruin something that I prefer to pay the store and wait a few days.

It really shouldn't be too hard. Usually it's just place the CPU and the cooler on the motherboard - open the case - place the motherboard (use the screws to tighten it up) - place the gpu / rest of the things you need and get the machine running. In a nutshell. But yeah just take it to a professional if you want it to be good.
