I'm not defending their philosophy in this case at all. If not for Dota 2, their philosophy is actually amazing for a software company. But I said it many times before, I`ll say it again: before Dota 2 Valve never had experience with multiplayer games of such scale, and the current progress shows that. It is silly to claim that there were no mistakes made by Valve whatsoever in these 3 years, among other big companies they are new to MMO games, even considering TF2 and CS:GO. The sooner Valve realizes that Dota 2 can't be handled the same way as TF2 (and one can clearly see similarities), the better.

lol riot is going the right direction hahah plz check out lol forums then tell me. almost every decent player is angry about they way their game is being turned out instead of buffing every heroe they are nerfing every hero to the point that no single hero has any sorta unique skill set

Also i see many butthurt dota fans when i posted the LoL video? To mention an example, fucking Niroc ( im assuming he cant be older than 16).

I do love dota, well used to and in fact dota is superior or at least was. Riot is going in the right direction, constantly re working their ugly ass champions to more polished ones ( default skins), they are constantly adding graphics tweaks and maps improvement ( well the map looks like shit so they need a lot) and they keep in touch with the community a lot.

As for it is now, Dota 2 is still better but in a matter of months at this rate as someone said, all of us the long time dota fans will just move on and Dota 2 will become tf2 a userbase of 90% casuals that dont care about the game at all and just wanna have have a lulz with their items.

Obviously Midas->Refresher->Aghs->Rapier until you have 5 Rapiers (keep the aghs and swap Midas/Refresher to the courier while they are off cooldown).
