Add a forfeit function

I had a 50 minute game that could have been ended after the 20 minute mark, but we weren't allowed to. When my team members asked the other team why they weren't ending it, they just continued to get kills and farm.
Valve, do I actually have to quit the program to leave a game that's unwinnable? I think you're going to find people quitting the program and opening up other games.

I see both sides but I definitely think a concede feature should be implemented, where all 5 players needs to vote on it.

However, I do see your point.
A forfeit feature may be good, but I'm kind of 50/50 about this. Maybe in special circumstances.
