Im suggesting about ranked matchmaking its about when someone disconnect i would like the disconnected one to bear the penalty only -100 if may and all of the remaining players will not gain nor loss points after someone abandon and the only one that could pause the game is the other team to avoid abusing the system by escaping the loss of points hope it gets implemented.

Explanation: A lot more people are creating new accounts only to use them to scam other players.
Limiting the number of accounts per IP would prevent them from creating unlimited accounts.
I know it won't stop the players that have dynamic IP addresses... but at least it will work for the others.

Servers for SEA countries that speak different native languages
-create more specific language preferences for southeast asian server. (different SEA countries speak different languages and generalising english as a language preference is too vague and it often leads to poor communication). For example some people may speak english while others speak their own native language like tagalog or thai.
-Have a specific server for the Philippines? In my opinion filipinos make up the most of the sea server as i often matchmake with them when i solo queue and the language barrier makes games very difficult. Since they make up the majority of the player base in sea why not give them a specific server where everyone understands each other and the other players would also have less difficulty when trying to communicate.

Suggestions to Ability Draft mode:
-increase ability pool in 1.5-2.5 times
-increase ability pick time to ~15 sec, because someone can pick ability you wanted right before you and 5 sec isn't enough to make choice
Or just make random ability mod, so i don't need to waste 2 mins picking skills and getting almost random skills in result.

Suggestion on Meepo: his minions can carry consumables except bottle because the main meepo can target on minions. As meepo can double at early lv i think this is a big buff alreadyChinese Safe gaming => Everyone skills are buffed => Fast game 5 mans => Rat doto => nerf rat doto, buff moar => combat are scary back to chinese style :3

Hero Ability Changes
1) Snipers abilities should be changed his range should be fixed at 600 and his range ability and first ability should be changed so that he is picked more in the game as his ultimate and headshot are one of the most patent and deadly abilities on him. His shrapnel should be replaced with some other ability may be a stun and his range spell by some passive ability.
2) Medusa split shot should be such that it only reduces the damage per arrow by only 5 to 10%.

I would like you to rework Omni a bit. More active casting, lower durations but higher castrange and faster casttime. That way omni become way more active in play and teamfights and even tho the duration are reduced alot he still becomes slightly better to the active player with more spells and maybe a bit less cooldown. Repel should to me more resemble linkens but maybe its not castable on yourself anymore.
