This is available in CS:GO and in 500 hours of observable CS:GO play,not even single game, all 10 player voted for it, so no, not need at all. There is no reason work on it, neither waste time. I bet statictics also have been evaluated by Valve and they know its not needed.

What if the players who said "NO" be replaced with matchmaking players in the queue? Provided that the player that said yes are majority.

Considering the amnount of retards you get in ur matches the likelyhood of a rematch is about 1%.
Conclusion: Not worth the effort.

Even lower than 1% Id say. While a nice Idea, most certainly not worth the effort. Also you need to take into account how many games are really really balanced and close, so that both teams want to play again vs each other. Because if a game is onesided, which the vast majority are- noonse is going to want a rematch.

And also the ammount of trash in both teams. Its really gonna be like 1% rematches.
