Could you please get support for this resolution/aspect ratio of 2560x1080, when I am in game with that resolution it's like this?

That's a) retarded and b) the dumbest thing I've heard today.
I seriously can't understand how you can possibly think that using a resolution that Valve doesn't support is cheating. It baffles me.

You can see much more on wider screen ratio then on lower. It is a Source engine problem in Dota 2.

It's not cheating, but an issue. This can be even more stretched (for example, 32:9 (take any 16:9 and half the height)) and increases the FoV.
If you think I've closed or deleted a post unjustified, feel free to PM me and I'll explain it to you/discuss it with you further.

Firstly, the amount of rendered area is done at the basis of 16:9. Try to zoom out more in a bot game, and you're going to see that if you scroll down (because the zoom swivels) you're going to see some unrendered area in the farther distance. Zoom out enough, and you're going to see some underendered landscape even when the camera is in it's default position.

They're doing their best to make the game run on toasters, I doubt they're going to add options for the rest of the playerbase.

Keep in mind that it may have impact on the game balance.

being able to see runes from mid w/o moving the camera at all is quite an advantage.
