Forum Rules

    Enable rialry/allied responses towards Outworld Destroyer

    Now that he is named Outworld Destroyer again, all the old rivalry/allied responses towards him can be enabled again

    PS: Also, odest_spawn_02 should be replaced by odest_spawn_03 in OD's response rules. In 02 he says devourer, in 03 he says destroyer.
