Valve overdoing way too many puns/jokes in hero dialogue?

I also like it being cheesy and exaggerated. That comes with the setting of being an epic battle of heroes. If they were taking it more seriously, it loses much of its charm because it's just too common.
However, some of the soundsets have started to annoy me too, especially QuoP, who hardly has any line without the word "pain". It could be cool if there was some variation to it, but she always just talks about it

I agree. Every queen of pain line haves something to do with a queen, or with pain. Every omniknight line haves something to do with "omniscience"

Queen of Pain says 31 times pain and 14 times queen. Keep in mind that she says both when she introduces herself, so two or three lines contain both. Omniknight says 'Omniscience' a total of 31 times. Queen of Pain has over 240 voicelines, Omniknight has over 280.
Just putting the numbers out there.
