In my opinion, it would be more athmospheric and cool if more of characters lines will be spoken to local distance. I mean, people around you will hear you saying "Let the skirmish begin!", for example. Not only "Denied".
But, of course, moving commands and attack commands shouldn't be hearable.
Adjacent suggestion 2:
Now, other hero'es lines are spoken loud that everyone around can hear pudge's "Come here" with equal loudness.
I think it will be realistic if characters would say it NOT SO LOUD AND CLEAR. I mean, add some reverbation and echo depend of place where are the character who said the line. But your character should say it as it is because of "you controlling him".
