When you play Shadow Fiend and buy yourself a Manta Style and then use it to get illusions, Shadow Fiend will say his "Necromastery!" line every time the item has been activated, it is like if you have recently learned/skilled the ability Necromastery. This will also apply for the "Presence of the Dark Lord" line if Necromastery has not yet been learned.
Repro:
1) Pick Shadow Fiend, learn Necromastery (and/or Presence of the Dark Lord).
2) Equip him with the item "Manta Style".
3) Activate Manta Style.
Result:
Each time you use Manta Style he will be saying "Necromastery" (or his Presence of the Dark Lord line if Necromastery has not yet been learned) like if you have recently learned the ability.
Expected Result:
He should not say his "Necromastery" or "Presence of the Dark Lord" line when activating Manta Style.
Repro:
1) Pick Shadow Fiend, learn Necromastery (and/or Presence of the Dark Lord).
