Every time Skeleton King respawns from his ult, or the hero you are playing respawns at the fountain, the sound that is played is far too loud. I have my game volume set to 10%, master to 100%. Those sounds in particular nearly blow out my speakers every time.

I guess if we are going to point out every sound that isn't volume equalized based on the game settings:
* Respawn noises (Skeleton King's ultimate, Aegis respawn, Buyback, Regular-ol' Respawning)
* Win / Loss music (on that note - if I have music set to 0% volume, why am I hearing this music at all?)
* Cosmetic Item drop at game end

This realy needs fixing, its a joke that this problem exists since over two month now and nothing is done about it. It realy is a pain that you almost allways get deafend by those goddamn respawnsounds or buybacksounds and cant do anything but to turn down the master volume wich in turn will also make the voicechat completely pointless since its impossible to understand anything at all with the mastervolume at a level at wich you can stand the respawn- and buybacksounds.

This should definitely be addressed soon. Wouldn't it make sense to have a completely separate "Voice Chat" channel/volume? That would eliminate pretty much all of the above issues and give players a lot more control over what they're hearing.◕_◕

Same problem here, it really is very irritating. Also my game music starts playing randomly, if even for a few seconds, during a game even when music volume is set to 0. Respawn, buyback and aegis respawn sounds are SUPER loud compared to game volume - I literally have to remove my headphones each time to avoid damaging my hearing. Are there any known fixes?!
