Game sounds lower by 50% (and disables music) when someone uses voice chat

    And it says that way FOR THE ENTIRE MATCH.

    I found that if I change a sound option (tested mute co-broadcaster) it'll reset the game volume.. until the people using voice are picked up again.

    Even with voice chat disabled as far as I can get it (my mic, their mic/volume lowered, even muted ingame), it still causes the ducking.

    I see there's a few sound console commands that have ducking in them, but they either don't appear to function or I'm understanding them wrong.

    Few examples:

    Is there no way to disable this sound ducking?
