    hi Valve,

recently me and my friends have launched a website The idea behind it is to allow people to watch competitive dota2 matches in a slightly different way. Basically, it gives you as a viewer an option to be able to observe an ongoing match without using a significant amount of your bandwidth for receiving a video or without using the DotaTV. Also you are able to browse a detailed history of matches. The target platform are portable devices, as tablets, pads, phones; anything that comes with an internet browser and internet connectivity.

Now for a full viewer experience, I've been thinking about adding an audio stream which comes from professional casters and you do also provide those as a part of the DotaTV. Of course, this would require a slightly higher bandwidth usage, but we've got the server capacity to be able to reduce the size and quality of that audio stream and only then broadcast it to end user. Is it possible for us to access those audio streams anyhow?

We're still in beta phase and there quite a few functionalities to be finalized and other bugs to be fixed, however, we intend to prepare ourselves for the TI3 as a major event and any assistance from you regarding audio streams would be highly appreciated.

The casters in these games are doing this to generate revenue. I imagine they would not be overly impressed by having their streams simulcasted to another website.
