  • Some thoughts on gamepad spectating

Hi. I've recently tried to spectate games with gamepad and haven't succeeded. The reason is there's no way of coming back to commentator's view after scrolling through heroes and no way of freely move around the map.
    I'd suggest following things:
    1. Make <B> key return you to the mode you were viewing (really were, not some random directed camera). So, if I scroll through heroes with bumpers/watch graphs/scroll through statistics, I would simply press <B> and return to the commentator's view.
    2. Make some button responsible for scrolling through "Free camera/Directed camera/Player's perspective/Commentators"
2a. Maybe, making another button responsible for scrolling through commentators audio would be nice too.
    3. Make one of the pads responsible for camera pan (I don't really see the reason of reserving one axis for replay speed when I'm watching live game).

All this combined would make gamepad spectating really valuable. I know that the International is going on and odds on implementing this before play-off are really low, but it would make some people a bit happier.
