These mods are even worse than Tobi's mods in terms of banning almost everyone

One of the mods even called Dota 2 a MOBA... Yea that's how low we've gotten. And people getting their message deleted and a ban when replying to said mod

Simple and obvious things that should get fixed/added asap: SCOREBOARD, Ingame friend list, Different Ping for Roshan, Add Notes to Players, Accept Button while tabbed

I feel like mods are doing a good job, if you want to be taken seriously, you'd better have examples about who has been banned, after which post, message deleted, and reply sent.

Otherwise, MOBA, is an accepted definition for Dota genre... it's an online multiplayer game in which there are battles in an arena (yeah, it's an arena, with buildings)...

    Now hush.

MOBA is a marketting buzzword that Riot Games made up to keep people from finding out about Dota when they researched LoL. We didn't need a new word when there were already many accepted terms, like A-RTS or ASSFAGGOTS (Aeon of Strife Styled Fortress Assault Game Going On Two Sides)

What about COD, Quake, and Halo? Those are MOBAs too by definition. The reason why a lot of Dota players hate that word is cause it doesn't describe Dota. There were a lot of Battle Arena maps in WC3 UMS games. Those were MOBAs too.

They are doing a fine job and you should know as a long term member that discussion about this stuff is against the law.

I got a timeout on the TI3 stream for a typo on an emoticon. I'm not really fussed because the chat moves so fast it's probably hard for the mods to control it, and it's just twitch chat... not like I'm missing out on anything deep and profound.

In regards to the 'Moba' thing-

I'm fine with the term "moba", even if it was a mind-child from Riot to keep people from finding out about Dota. It describes the game well enough.

No argument against it is any good. "Moba" is a much better defining word than "RTS", which basically describes any game on the entire planet because they're ALL real-time strategy in some way or another, and typically I find the only real reason people are against it is because "boohoo RIOT made it up!!!"

Nobody cares about the chat, only trolls and kids are worried about it.
