    "rewind replay" in non-replay match freezes the game

    Summary:
    Pressing "rewind replay" button in any live (non-replay) match freezes the game.

    Repro Steps:
    1) Bind "rewind replay" button with commands:
    unbind "p"
    bind "p" "demo_goto -300 relative"
    2) Join any game, i.e. by creating a practice game or queuing in matchmaking.
    3) Choose a hero, hit "play" button.
    3) Press the "rewind" button.

    Result:
    The game is frozen, unresponsive, the screen becomes black, the sound stops. The only way to unfreeze is to restart it.

    Expected Result:
    Nothing should happen, the key press should be ignored.
