  • Asian tournament Dota TV broadcaster voices are completely hosed (for weeks now)

This shouldn't be a revelation, as this has been happening with all of the Asian tournaments for weeks now (maybe even a month or so?), but can we get someone to look into this please?

Again, we're paying good money for in-game client access and all casters (not just BTS, but the Russians and Chinese as well) sound like they're being played on a CD with about 18 million scratches on it (e.g. the voice is skipping, making it impossible to listen to the broadcasts). This hasn't been happening in any of the NA/Brazilian/European (Starladder for instance) tournaments.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
