    Bought Ticket and can't watch games

    Hello, I got a problem when I bought a Ticket for a tournament.
    I bought it by dota 2 market and activated it like every other ticket, but when I try to spectate a match it says that I don't have the ticket and I have to buy it... to test if it is true or if it's another hiden ticket, I press OK when it says if you want to purchase it and it doesnt open a window at all, like all other tournaments they are.
    I want a refund or a solution for this pls

    Same here, i bought a ticket for Netolic Pro League 5 East a couple of days back. When i bought it, i coult spectate without any problems, but now, it says that i MUST buy the ticket, when i alrready have it. Fix please
