  • Spectating Live Games through Dota 2 client or Twitch stream?

I would like to know the opinion on personal experiences that which one is better when watching a live game, Dota 2 client or Twitch stream?

The best part for me when watching a live match is the discussion on the game but I also want non-stop and buffer-less match viewing. I'm in a dilemma about which platform to choose when viewing live games. I mean both the factors are preferred by me so, I'm confused whether the non-stop buffering is more important or the game discussion.

    Need logical replies.

In-client during the game, and on stream between games if you want the analysis and insights.

A heavily compressed 720p stream makes my eyes water on a 2560x1600 monitor, even 1080p streams are compressed enough to be blurry and look bad at that res. Until high quality streams become the norm I will always prefer in-game for watching at best quality in native resolution. I prefer my own camera work as well as it lets me watch players closely when the camera is usually elsewhere, can be very informative.
