    dota_sf_hud_force_spec -1;

    If you want to hide also the broadcaster selection window (if tournament game and any available) use
    dota_sf_hud_force_broadcaster_selection -1;

    A value of 1 would show it, a value of 0 would hide it (-1 is to prevent it on startup).

    I have another question you would be the best person to ask as you seem really familiar with the console commands, is there any way to hide the spectator count window which lets us select the option such as type of camera and broadcaster. Im sorry I dont know exactly what its called but I have attached a picture of it. Capture.PNG

    Like I said in the removed post, it happens because Dota 2 UI is actually a loaded map (you can always reload it using disconnect).
    Solution: use connect_hltv instead of watch_server
    Example: connect_hltv 146.66.153.36:28104;
    Why this one works in autoexec.cfg: because it's more or less the same with the load map method used by Dota 2 UI (connect localhost)
    When you connect to a live game, both of these will be reported (or you could use status command to get the ip : port to use with connect_hltv)

    To make the watch_server method work too, you need to delay it until after the Dota 2 UI has loaded. Lucky you, I'm the one that invented such method. Here's a simplified version (no need to use D-OPTIMIZER) just add 2 lines to your autoexec.cfg, and create a new run.cfg containing just the watch_server command (or the connect_hltv or any other cfg command).
    Spoiler:
    code for autoexec.cfg
    Code:
    alias -1.000000 "";alias 1337.000000 "#stop;execifexists run.cfg";alias #stop "blink crosshair 1 1;blink;execute_command_every_frame -1.000000";//(cc) AVEYO'S D-OPTIMIZER
    blink execute_command_every_frame 20 -1 1337;//exec run.cfg 10 seconds later after launching Dota 2 (if it takes longer to launch, change 20 to a higher number)
    code for run.cfg
    Code:
    watch_server "A:1:512948230:6708"; //quotes must be used!

    Hi ! Im adding the command alias watch "A:1:512948230:6708"; ( is this the right syntax for it) right before the first section , or using it as +alias watch [server_id] where do you need to add this in the file? Thank you Capdture.PNG

    Why doesnt watch_server run as a autoexec command when I write it on the autoexec.cfg . Is there any way or alternative to do this?
