  • Why would Valve want a Like/Dislike feature on live games?

This will be awful and misused feature. Imagine fanboys watching their favorite team got snowballed, they will instantly click dislike because their team sucked at that game or trolls will dislike for no reason. Result will be a bad/terrible community.

Alternative? remove dislikes and lets only rate with likes, that is all.

Another cool suggestion for Live Tournament. On banning phase, viewers can vote who will win the game then after the banning phase ends the voting closes then who ever team wins that game, people who voted for that team will have a chance to get an item at the end. Now that's a cool feature and it also rewards people who payed to see that tournament.

    Yes, dislikes should be removed.

      I agree!
You should disable both at live games, but make it so you can rate the game afterwards

This is a f2p game, there're a lot of people (called trolls) who don't watch the replay but stil like/dislike it.

1670 likes and 85 dislikes @ second game, not even 1 creep dead -.-

How do they all know its gonna be a good (bad) game? :P

PS ok the 1670 ppl were right, but still...

I agree, I think they should only include "likes" for live or replay. I can't think of any reason to have dislikes really.
