  • Spectator Pick/Ban phase GUI slightly less than intuitive

First off, this is a matter of opinion, so I'd like to hear other people's input.

Dire is listed on the bottom, Radiant on top.

This is something that I had noticed earlier and been confused by- watching the picks, I naturally try to imagine which heroes are going in what lanes. This becomes a problem when all of the heroes that go to the bottom half of the map (radiant) are listed on the top.

Again- at first, I thought this was something that confused just me. But today I was watching Tobi cast a game (potm bottom vs mouz, game 2 or 3, i cant remember) and he said the exact same thing. So it's not just me.

Here's a reddit thread with more discussion of the same topic

The overall problem then becomes: do we put dire on top? that makes equally small amounts of sense, as radiant is almost always listed first. My idea is to go to a hero picker where radiant is on the left and dire on the right, as that is intuitive, corresponds to the map, and radiant is still first.

EDIT: more info: tobi and procaster talk about it in game 2 at 8:52 dota TV time. they bring this very subject up
