  • 42k ppl on DotaTV too much?

I think 42k ppl on dotatv is just a bit overload for the servers, constant voice drop-outs and lags are caused by this. is there a way it can be fixed by implementing buffers/other algorithms?

Because in this case, the live-stream video is really better.
Just want to mention it, because on the grand finals it would be sad if you had no fun watching the game ingame like this.

comparison with almost smooth running 4k viewers game:

Most likely they will be able to allocate more servers for dotatv as finals gets close because they wont have 4 games running together.

Oh and I thought it was only me :/

Good thing to know it is not on my end, as selfish as this might sound.
